1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable unless otherwise stated.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original packaging to qualify.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Log in to your FADSUSA account and go to “Orders”.

  • Select the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Click “Initiate Return” and follow the instructions to generate your return label.

  • Pack the item securely and attach the return label.

Tip: Keep your tracking number until your return is processed.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
